Titanium plates are required to be supplied in annealed condition. In order to ensure the quality of accessories, the oxide layer and other pollution on the surface should be cleaned. The surface shall be free of cracks, peeling, crimping, inclusions and other defects, as well as traces of pickling. During the subsequent blanking, forming, assembly, transportation and storage of sheet metal, attention shall be paid to avoid surface scratch.
